Joy, School Speech-Language Pathologist
I lost more weight than I ever had before — weight I’d never been able to keep off — and I genuinely feel years younger. My energy is completely different. My doctor was very impressed with my lab results. And shopping for smaller sizes at J. Crew has been pretty amazing.

Enter your weight for a specific date. We recommend weighing yourself in the morning before eating.
Tips for accurate tracking: Weigh yourself at the same time each day (morning is best), wear similar clothing, and use the same scale. Weight naturally fluctuates 1–3 lbs daily — focus on the weekly trend, not daily numbers.

BMI Calculator
BMI is a screening tool only and does not diagnose health conditions. It does not account for muscle mass, age, sex, or ethnicity. A BMI ≥ 27 with weight-related conditions, or ≥ 30, may meet clinical criteria for GLP-1 therapy — your physician will make the final determination. This calculator is for informational purposes only and does not constitute medical advice.

Most patients tolerate GLP-1 medications well. Common side effects — especially when starting or increasing the dose — include nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, constipation, stomach discomfort, headache, and fatigue. These often improve over time. Tips to reduce side effects: eat smaller meals, avoid high-fat or spicy foods, and stay hydrated. Your physician is available to adjust your dose at any time at no extra charge.

Most patients see meaningful results within 8–12 weeks. Long-term use is often recommended, as discontinuing medication may cause appetite to return. Always discuss any changes to your treatment with your licensed provider.
