TeacherHealth, Inc. ("TeacherHealth," "we," "us," or "our") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your personal information when you visit our website or use our telehealth services.

We use your information to: provide telehealth services and facilitate prescriptions; verify educator eligibility; process payments; communicate with you about your care; improve our services; comply with legal obligations; and send optional marketing communications (with your consent).
3. Health Information (HIPAA)
Health information you provide is treated as Protected Health Information (PHI) under the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA). We maintain a separate Notice of Privacy Practices governing PHI. We do not sell PHI. PHI is shared only with your treating provider, licensed pharmacies, and as required by law.
4. Sharing Your Information
We do not sell your personal information. We may share information with: licensed physicians and pharmacies providing your care; payment processors; identity and educator verification services; analytics providers; and as required by law or legal process.
5. California Privacy Rights (CCPA / CPRA)
If you are a California resident, you have rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA), including:

- Right to Correct: You may request correction of inaccurate personal information.

We implement administrative, technical, and physical safeguards including encryption in transit and at rest, access controls, and regular security assessments. No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure.
